It all started 10 years ago, with a dream of bringing yoga and mindfulness into little hearts and homes. That dream grew into Monkinya — a cozy space for children, families, and educators to explore big feelings, build emotional resilience, and connect through play and curiosity.

My work is rooted in the belief that children are natural adventurers, always ready to wonder, question, and discover. The best learning happens when we follow their lead, turning curiosity into connection. At Monkinya, yoga and mindfulness are a living, breathing, playful journey filled with laughter, wonder, and heart.
