Kids Yoga Cards

Easy to use, fun and engaging kids yoga cards prepared by a kids yoga & mindfulness teacher.

25 yoga poses with corresponding animal / object / nature illustrations.

Print the PDF doc in A4 sized paper, on landscape mode. (Make sure you print them on a high quality paper for the best results.)
Cut the white frames.
Fold the paper in two and glue them together.
Ta-da!
You have your own two-sided kids yoga cards - yoga pose on the front size and the animal / object / nature illustration on the other.
You can use your cards in hundreds of different ways :) But here is my favorite:

I show kids the back side first, and ask them what it is. (I love hearing them getting excited saying: A CAAAT! A LION! A DOOG!)
And then I turn the other side to show the corresponding yoga pose.

As a kids yoga teacher myself, I have tried to create a product that is simple, fun and engaging for kids, and useful (and FUN!) for teachers & parents. Hope you enjoy using them.
